In accordance with the provisions of Section 402 of the local Government Act 1993, Moree Plains Shire Council has prepared a Draft Management Plan incorporating Council's activities for the three year period 2009/2012 and the revenue policy in respect of the 2009/2012 year. Council hereby gives public notice that the Draft Management Plan will be on public exhibition from Monday 4th May 2009 to Tuesday, 2nd June 2009.
Submissions in relation, the Draft Management Plan will be received by Council up until 5:00pm on Tuesday, 2nd June 2009 and should be addressed to the General Manager, Moree Plains Shire Council, P.O Box 420, Moree NSW 2400. Copies of the Draft Management Plan will be on display at Council Offices, located at Mungindi and Moree, as well the Post Offices of Boggabilla, Garah, Gurley and Pallamallawa. The Draft Management Plan will also be displayed at Ashley store, Moree Library and at other locations throughout the shire.
