Biodiesel Survey

Attention Primary Producers

Moree Plains Shire Council is actively facilitating the investigation of a biodiesel industry for the Shire, but one that is outside the ‘fuel verses food’ debate - this diesel will be manufactured from algae. Cubic QED, an Australian owned company, wishes to establish a commercialisation trial here in the Shire. To help them in their investigations they have asked Council to undertake a survey of attitudes to biodiesel usage amongst primary producers.

You can help this project along by either answering the questionnaire that should arrive in the mail to all landholders, or if you do not receive it, download the questionnaire from here, fill it out and mail it back to Cubic QED by 19 June 2009. Your participation could help fast-track a new environmental industry for Moree Plains.

If you have any question please call Anthony Kunkel on 6757 3386. Thank you for your assistance.

Moree Plains Shire District - BioDiesel Questionnaire

The Research questionnaire has been carefully designed to minmise time spent in answering. With simple 'Yes" or "No' answers we envisage it will take around 15 minutes of your time to complete. You also have the option to comment on why you chose either 'Yes" or "No" to the statements provided in the questionnaire.
