Standing Committee Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of the month commencing at 3:00pm

All Council meetings are recorded for the purposes of ensuring the accuracy of the minutes.  Any items such as notes, photographs or other documentation used
 during your address/presentation will be required for Council records.
 
Public Forum  - held 1st Thursday of the month from 9.35am
You may only address items listed in the business paper agenda.
 
Open Public Forum— held quarterly from 12 noon
You may address Council on any item of interest to you.

 located on the 1st Floor of the Max Centre, Balo Street, Moree, commencing at 10.00am on the Thursday, 18th June 2009
