Coles Trolley Management App
Coles takes its trolley management responsibilities very seriously and invests significant time and effort into ensuring our shopping trolleys are kept off the streets and in our stores for customers to use.
We are pleased to advise that we have been working on a new method of reporting abandoned Coles shopping trolleys and that the new solution is now live and ready to be used.
The current app, 'Trolley Collect', which is available to report abandoned Colesshopping trolleys, will cease to exist due to the new Apple iOS 11 upgrade.
Instead, Coles has incorporated a 'Report an abandoned trolley ' function into the Coles Supermarket App. This will provide users with the convenience of having all Coles related utilities on the single app.
What do I need to do?
l. Please delete the old 'Trolley Collect' app and replace it with the new Coles supermarkets app.
3. If you do not currently have a link on your website to report abandoned trolleys, we would encourage you to include https://www.coles.com.au/customer-service/abandoned-trolley. Including this on your website will allow residents to easliy report any abandoned trolleys to us directly, minimising the time spent by Council staff on these contacts.
Please be advised that the Coles contact number for trolley inquiries 1800 876 553 (1800trolley) has not changed.
A poster outlining the new method to report abandoned Coles shopping trolleys has been attached. We encourage you to circulate copies of this poster at your discretion to assist in communicating the change in reporting location.
