Change to Access to Moree Customer Service
From Monday 9 November, Levels 1 and 2 of the Max Centre (including Council’s Customer Service Centre) will be fully accessible via the stairs and lift, without the need for customers to call ahead.
Council is committed to its responsibility to ensure any facilities that open for public access now or in the future can be staffed in accordance with the regulations, while ensuring public safety can be maintained through adequate social distancing and thorough cleaning practices (including additional cleaning for high touch areas).

We would like to thank our community for taking the COVID-19 situation seriously. We ask our customers and visitors to continue acting responsibly and follow State and Federal Government directions whilst onsite at Level 1 and 2 of the Max Centre including:
- continue to practice physical distancing by observing our signage;
- continue to practise good hygiene, including using the hand sanitiser available in our Customer Service Centre; and
- upon entry, providing contact details for the purposes of contract tracing.
Please do not visit Council’s Customer Service Centre if:
- you are suffering from any of the following symptoms – fever; dry cough; body ache; headache; sore throat; runny nose; tiredness or shortness of breath
- you have travelled to another country within the past 14 days
- you have travelled to Victoria in the past 14 days
- you have travelled to any COVID-19 case location in NSW in the past 14 days
- you have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient in the past 14 days
